Item-Level Report for your school or district

The FSA Item-Level Response Reports are based on the FSA Numeracy, Reading and Writing tests administered by the British Columbia Ministry of Education between 2000/01 and 2008/09.

Provincial Item-Level Report

Based on data collected at the student level on each test question (item), Edudata provides FSA Item-Level Response Reports that can assist educators in interpreting and understanding the incorrect responses students make on their FSA reading, writing, and numeracy tests. FSA test questions are designed to measure students' skills in these three important areas.

In 2008, a number of changes were introduced to the FSA process to give schools and parents an earlier indication of individual student achievement levels so interventions could be made before the end of the school year.

These adjustments mean the assessment provides a new baseline of data. Therefore, this new baseline makes it difficult to accurately compare the number of students meeting or exceeding expectations to previous FSA assessments, so direct comparison over time will start with FSA administered in February 2009.
